These terms and conditions apply to the Birİz app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Birİz (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to Birİz remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
Service Modifications and Costs
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any such charges will be clearly communicated to the user in advance.
Security and User Responsibility
The Application processes personal data to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. We strongly advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your phone, as it may expose your device to security risks and cause the Application to malfunction.

Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate. However, we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the Application's functionality or external data provided by third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any legal actions shall be handled by the courts in Ankara.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate your access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any changes.
